Live updates of the opening day of the World Masters from Belfast Indoor Bowls Club.

We’ve reached the final ranking tournament of the season and we’re heading to the Belfast Indoor Bowls Club for our blue ribbon event, the Henselite World Masters. Who will claim top spot in the World Rankings and who will walk away as the Order of Merit Champion?

Dan Winmill wins the World 2 Bowl Masters after beating Eddie Crawford on a tie-break.

Steve Puttock took the Plate with a 10-9 victory over Michael Beattie.

The SMPT Show Mat was first launched at the 2015 Henselite World Masters to enable the optimal viewing of special games. The Show Mat has since been used at many events including the Irish Open, Swedish Masters and Norwegian Open. This year we have once again chosen a game from each session which we believe deserves to take centre stage!

Karl Hudson & Dan Winmill win the Plate after a 10-3 victory over Don Mcnamara & Derek McCann.

Ross Dunkley & Philip Warr claim the TSR Legal Welsh Grand Prix 2 Bowl Pairs title after beating Stephen Williams & Chris Willies in the final 15-8.

Tom Harris and Nick Evans win the plate final after beating Kirsty Hatch & Chris Hillier 9-3.
