Rules: Cyprus Grand Prix
- Players may visit the head at any point during the match.
- A maximum of two dead ends will be permitted in any match. Subsequent dead ends in the Open Pairs and Masters Singles will incur a penalty of 3 shots away with the end counted as played, unless it occurs on the last end of a match when it shall be 3 shots away and the end will be replayed. In the Matchplay Pairs any subsequent dead ends will result in the offending team losing that end.
- It may not be possible to determine whether a bowl has left the side of the ‘mat’. Any bowl will be deemed to be live, if when it comes to rest, any portion of the bowl ‘breaks’ the outside edge of the side-line of the ‘mat’. As such, a bowl will be live even if the majority of the bowl is outside of the side-line of the ‘mat’.
- Other than the rules listed above, all matches will be played under ESMBA rules.
- Any disputes must be raised with the Competition Organisers at the time. In this, and in all other matters, the Competition Organisers’ decision is final and binding.
